Lethe Press is a publisher specializing in gay and lesbian fiction, they publish an annual anthology of the best gay speculative fiction called Wilde Stories. The first book, Swordspoint, is great sword-fighting fun.

A number of Clive Barker books feature gay protagonists, most notably Imajica and Sacrament, which are both very much fantasy even though Barker is generally classed as a horror writer.
